Reach level 2,200, talk to the Race Engineer on Starter Island, defeat a Sea Beast, loot 50 world chests, defeat Zenith during a Shadow Island storm event, then pay 1,000,000 Belly and 100 Gems.
Reach 300 mastery on 3SS V1, collect 25 Blade Fragments (each has a 10% drop chance from Sea 3 super bosses), and craft the V2 weapon with Doran in Sea 3.
Devil Fruits spawn on a 60-minute natural cycle with a 20-minute despawn window. VIP gamepass raises the daily fruit spin ceiling from 10 to 20, and Fruit Notifier gives stud-distance tracking.
